Amlodipine 5mg po (AMVASC 5mg)

Overview

AMVASC 10 mg contains Amlodipine 10 mg, a long-acting calcium channel blocker (CCB) that works by relaxing the blood vessels, reducing vascular resistance, and lowering blood pressure. It also improves blood flow to the heart and is used to prevent angina (chest pain).

Tablet: 10 mg

Oral administration

✅ Indication:

Hypertension (high blood pressure)

Chronic stable angina

Vasospastic (Prinzmetal’s) angina

Cardiovascular risk reduction in certain patients

⚠️ Note:

Dose adjustment may be required in renal or hepatic impairment

Monitor blood pressure regularly

Use under medical supervision
